My Journey

Executive coach with 16 years’ experience in coaching leaders to take their life and careers to the next level and achieve impactful results that bring joy and satisfaction to their lives.

MORE ABOUT ME

Prior to coaching I worked for 20 years as an executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I have coached in the Transformational Training arena for 16 years. I am an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach.

My WHY is I’ve declared that the rest of my life gets to be about making a difference. My vision is that people get that they matter and have the power to create the life of their dreams. I am committed that in my listening people are left empowered and knowing they are capable of so much more than they ever believed possible.

I specialize in helping ambitious professionals break through roadblocks, find clarity, make smart decisions, and take actions that will positively influence the course of their career and their lives.

For the past few years I have been coaching small business owners in developing long-term and short-term goals and strategies, increase cashflow and profitability, develop their teams, discover new philosophies, and reset their mindset to run their businesses more effectively and efficiently.

When not coaching business leaders I mentor at-risk teens in foster care and I coach in a social emotional learning, leadership development program for teens.

My free time is all about spending quality time with family and friends. Even better if that time is spent outdoors or on the water.

Whatever your ambitious objective is, I can help you see things from a different point of view, focus on new alternative possibilities of action, modify what you think and do habitually, and define concrete steps to reach your aims. My job is to help you raise your awareness, take responsibility, think through options and decide upon your own course of action. We will do this by both leveraging resources you already have and building new ones together. I believe anyone can learn to lead, all that is required is support, courage, and commitment.
